I think I forgot to mention adding some water to the apples when they are cooking to keep from scorching them. They also need to be stirred occasionally so they cook more evenly. Great job, however. It turned out well. Hopefully others will benefit and so will their families – as it is a family project – like the Little Red Hen. Everyone works and everyone enjoys later.
